Hello, this is my first post on my new blog about a particular journey that I am on. The fact of the matter is that I have low testosterone. My body doesn’t seem to make as much of it as it should and this has led to all sorts of problems. I am starting this blog so that I can share some of the steps that I have taken in the last nine months to dramatically improve my life.
It is a pretty long story and I think it is a pretty interesting one. So, I started this blog to go ahead and talk about what has been working for me and the ways that my life has gotten better since I have started to boost my testosterone with supplements.
How Is Your T?
I want to clear up a couple of things right off the bat. I started this blog to talk about strategies to raise testosterone naturally for men who have low or declinging testosterone. I am going to be talking about my story in detail over the course of the next few months so I won’t get into it entirely right now. The thing that I do want to say is that I not a doctor and that I do not pretend to play one on the internet.
I am starting this blog to talk about the things that have changed my life. The supplements that I take have made my whole life change in such a radical way that it is night and day from what it was like before. I am excited. I have energy, focus and sexual potency again for the first time in years and I want to talk about how I did it in case anybody out there is in the same boat.
But, like I said, I am not a doctor. I am just going to be describing my dailing routine, the supplements that I take, the exercise that I do, etc. If you want to follow me and want to achieve similar results, then you need to talk to your doctor first. I don’t want to get in trouble if a 90 year old guy starts taking testosterone-boosting supplements and something bad happens.
